At Skillorr, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and creative services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we want to make sure our refund process is fair, clear, and straightforward for all our customers.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on skillorr.com, including digital ebooks and creative service packages.

Digital Products (Ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Creative Services

Creative services involve time, skill, and resources. Our refund policy for services is as follows:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before our team has started working on your project, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

Work in Progress

If work has already begun on your project, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

After Delivery

Once the final deliverable has been delivered and approved by the client, no refund will be issued. We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions on all creative service orders to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Change of mind after a digital product has been downloaded or accessed
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective personal taste after work has been approved
  • Delays caused by the client failing to provide required materials or information on time
  • Purchases made using a discount or promotional code
  • Services that have been fully delivered and signed off by the client
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase (digital products) or 14 days after delivery (services)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us atrefunds@skillorr.comwith the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”
  • Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and order number
  • Explain the reason for your refund request clearly
  • Attach any relevant screenshots or evidence if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Disputes & Chargebacks

 

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at refunds@skillorr.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

 

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with Skillorr, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment provider.
